TERMOMELT ECOTOP 17

New catalyzed polyolefin-based hotmelt formulated to respond effectively to the changing needs of the packaging industry, which brings into play increasingly challenging substrates.

The new Ecotop 17 is the only adhesive in the range to boast, all together, four fundamental characteristics:

  • very high adhesion on PP laminated and varnished cardboard
  • maximum elasticity and plasticity
  • fast setting time
  • long open time

Ecotop 17 is able to go where most of the products stop: slow machines, hard-to-bond surfaces and temperatures below -10°C.

In particular, we recommend it as an alternative to Ecotop15 in case of particularly difficult surfaces and as a specialty in the packaging of frozen foods.

Ecotop 17 formula also incorporates an anti-blocking system specific for automatic feeders, guarantees no charring, no stringing, no oxidise, in addition to allowing a saving of 30% of adhesive compared to an EVA hotmelt.

It is specified that new Ecotop 17 complies with European and international standards for food packaging for direct contact with food:

ECOTOP 10HP

The latest addition to the Termomelt range, formulated to become the “all in one” solution for a wide range of applications within the paperconverting and packaging industries. Its main features are versatility and high performance.

VERSATILITY
The new metallocene hot melt can be used transversely in the Bags, Pouches & BoxesShopping Bags and Packaging sectors.
From fixing the handle patch to gluing the longitudinal, from closing the boxes to forming the trays, from the inside of the boxes to the wrap around: Ecotop 10HP is the definitive answer to multiple needs, even within the same customer.

Its versatility makes it ideal to fit in every production process, not only optimizing but also adapting effectively to all the variables: applications on simple or complex materials, with low or high speed machines.
The transparent white color also guarantees invisible sealing, making it a discreet support for even the most refined packaging.

HIGH PERFORMANCE
The advantages of the new adhesive do not end with versatility, but are expressed most strongly in the high level of performance it offers.
Termomelt Ecotop 10HP, where HP stands for High Performance, has been designed to ensure maximum adhesion on the most challenging materials, managing to compensate for any surface irregularities: coated cardboard, heavy or very rigid cardboard, printed or varnished (also without reserve), non-porous, polythene-coated or anti-damp treated, kraft paper.

We therefore recommend it as an alternative to Ecotop 10 in case of particularly resistant surfaces.
Excellent machinability, extreme thermal stability, odorless and non stringing performance complete the picture.
